Located in the fertile Musconetcong Valley (more info) of Warren County in western New Jersey, Asbury Village Farm has 12 organic acres under cultivation, (directions and contacts). We are certified by the Northeast Organic Farming Association, (NOFA), and for 17 years we have employed sustainable practices to build the soil, provide good stewardship for the land and supply local residents with organic produce.

With 2500 square feet under our high tunnels we start harvesting greens in April and continue our extended season through November.

Our 2009 season began when we planted 6000 cloves (one clove yields one bulb) of

Rocambole, Purple Stripe and Porcelain hardneck garlic last October. Shares are available for the CSA, (Community Supported Agriculture), which provides a week’s supply of seasonal produce from May through November.

Visit our retail page for retail sales to the general public.
