With 2500 square feet under our high tunnels we start harvesting greens in April and continue our extended season through November. |
|
| Our
2007 season began when we planted 4000 cloves (one clove yields one
bulb) of Rocambole, Purple Stripe and Porcelain hardneck garlic in October. Shares are available for the CSA, (Community Supported Agriculture), which provides a week’s supply of seasonal produce from May through November. Reservations for the 2008 season are now being accepted. Visit our retail page for occasional retail sales to the general public.
